These are sessions to support parents in creating a dedicated space for them and their child to play and connect. Sometimes play does not come easily and we will support you with this. Building a further bond between you and your child.
FEE - £480 for a 12 week programme
Reflective Parenting Course
Six weekly sessions supporting you to think and reflect on your parenting. Aiming at creating a harmonious approach.
Topics include – parenting styles, boundaries, stress response and what is happening to our brains, transgenerational trauma, self-regulation, connection, routines and self-care.
FEE - £40 per session totalling £240 for six sessions
Coaching Call
This is a 30 minute call to discuss concerns and share ideas to support and offer advice.
