Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the responsibilities of all parties in relation to the work undertaken  

Specialist Tutoring/ Mentoring/ Parent Coaching/ School Support

  • Support days and times will be agreed in the initial meeting and an invoice prepared for that month in advance.  

  •  Payment will need to be made prior to work commencing 

  • Cancellation on the client's behalf will be charged at a full rate if less than 48 hours' notice has been given  

  • Contact should be made by email enquiries@overtherainbowcsf.co.uk or by telephone (worker to give contact number) 

  • All staff undertaking support will have DBS checks and attended safeguarding training 

  • Over The Rainbow is fully insured, please contact us if you need this information.

  • Feedback will be given verbally when requested and a written end summary report will be provided 

  • Any further reports or attendance to meetings will be chargeable at the hourly rate 

  • If Over The Rainbow has to cancel sessions/work for any reason, this time will be made up at a mutually convenient time 

GDPR 

  • We will ensure any data collected will comply with General Date Protection Regulations 2018 

-information collected will be necessary for our working relationship. This may include name, address, contact details and notes on sessions. This information helps us to build a picture of our clients 

-Information will only ever be used by Over The Rainbow and will not be sold onto 3rd parties 

-all data will be kept confidential and stored within a locked unit or password protected PC 

-in accordance with GDPR information will be kept for 7 years or if under 18 7 years from their 18th birthday. 

 

Safeguarding 

  • Any safeguarding concerns will be discussed with the client if appropriate and may well be passed on to children’s services if there is a safeguarding concern.
