Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the responsibilities of all parties in relation to the work undertaken
Specialist Tutoring/ Mentoring/ Parent Coaching/ School Support
Support days and times will be agreed in the initial meeting and an invoice prepared for that month in advance.
Payment will need to be made prior to work commencing
Cancellation on the client's behalf will be charged at a full rate if less than 48 hours' notice has been given

All staff undertaking support will have DBS checks and attended safeguarding training
Over The Rainbow is fully insured, please contact us if you need this information.
Feedback will be given verbally when requested and a written end summary report will be provided
Any further reports or attendance to meetings will be chargeable at the hourly rate
If Over The Rainbow has to cancel sessions/work for any reason, this time will be made up at a mutually convenient time
GDPR
We will ensure any data collected will comply with General Date Protection Regulations 2018
-information collected will be necessary for our working relationship. This may include name, address, contact details and notes on sessions. This information helps us to build a picture of our clients
-Information will only ever be used by Over The Rainbow and will not be sold onto 3rd parties
-all data will be kept confidential and stored within a locked unit or password protected PC
-in accordance with GDPR information will be kept for 7 years or if under 18 7 years from their 18th birthday.
Safeguarding
Any safeguarding concerns will be discussed with the client if appropriate and may well be passed on to children’s services if there is a safeguarding concern.
